Ube Hopia

Hopia are small round pastries made with Chinese-style puff pastry and a sweet filling. Also known as bakpia they are popular in the Philippines, Indonesia and Fuji. There are number of popular fillings, including: Ube Hopia (with an ube – purple yam – filling) Hopia Baboy (a sweet filling with pork, lard, & onions) Hopia Munggo (a filling of milk and sweetened bean paste)

Both the fillings and the puff pastry are homemade.

They contain animal fats, milk, sesame seeds, egg, & wheat.

We can drop off orders by arrangement in the West Sussex/East Sussex area. Please contact us to arrange a delivery if you live in the Brighton, Worthing or Horsham area.
