The Chicharon Flavours World Cup 2018

Chicharon is a low-fat filipino version of crackling. Mylene’s Munchies high quality chicharon and prepared, cooked, and then seasoned carefully by hand in small batches.

To celebrate the world cup, we have thought of eight flavours to launch a range of flavoured chicharon – a filipino style pork crackling.

We have chosen flavours to representing the Philippines, Portugal, Spain, France, India, England, Mexico and China. Two ‘teams’ will face off, starting with 4 quarter finals, with the winners facing off until there is a final winner!

First up, is a Spicy Portuguese Chicharon vs Tangy Filipino Adobo (a zingy vinegar and soy sauce marinade).
